BUYER DISCOUNT & RISK Volume discount - 3% discount on 3 bulls or more purchased. We will be glad to take your bulls home and feed them for free until April 1. A $3/day fee will be charged to feed the bulls after that. All bulls taken home are at the buyers risk for injury or death and we strongly suggest that you have insurance on your purchases. ADVANCED-AGE BULLS & BRED HEIFERS We would prefer all advanced-age bulls and bred heifers be picked up at the sale. A $300 fee will be charged if you cannot take them home on the day of sale to insure them. If we take them home and pick-up is scheduled within 2-weeks after the sale, the $300 fee will be refunded. SEMEN INTEREST We will be selling 100% possession on all bulls sold. 1/3 Semen interest will be retained by the breeder on all lots. Collection to be done at the seller’s expense and buyers convenience. ANNOUNCEMENTS Announcements on sale day take precedence over printed material. TRUCKING Free bull delivery within 300 miles of the farm, beginning April 1. Anything beyond the 300 mile radius is the responsibility of the buyer. All bulls will be fertility tested prior to delivery and guaranteed as breeders.
