Graymills Corporation President Kristen Shields has been named the TLMI Supplier of the Year. Presented annually by the Tag & Label Manu- facturers Institute (TLMI), the award celebrates exceptional leadership, innovation, and meaningful contributions to the global label and pack- aging community.
Shields was recognized during TLMI’s Annual Awards Ceremony, where peers across the industry applauded her long-standing commit- ment to strengthening American manufacturing and advancing the next generation of talent. “This honor reflects Kristen’s leadership in the industry and her pas- sion for developing the next generation of workers,” said Tasha Ven- timiglia, Americas Group Director, LOUPE. “Kristen has become a well-known figure in the labels and pack- aging world. Not only is she an advocate for U.S. manufacturers, but she is a widely respected advocate who has been a fantastic mentor to women in the printing industry,” said Ventimiglia. “She’s been in- strumental in revising our organization’s scholarship application and process, and continues to lead with fresh ideas and actions that make a difference.
