Tested for weather and air performance under CWCT Sequence B Standards. Slab Edge detail tested under TG19 to achieve 2 hours fire rating. Up to 75% lighter than precast equivalent panels giving reduced foundations and structure requirements. Installation times up to 4 times faster than traditional build. No external scaffold required. Factory environment quality control giving greater traceability. Less operatives working at height and leading edge giving Health and Safety improvement. Less waste due to optimisation in factory environment. Reduced deliveries to site. Reduced embodied carbon compared to other building methodologies and components.
