“As we look back on 2025, this has been a year marked by resilience and commitment. Commitment to our people, commitment to innovation and commitment to the future of our industry. Across every department and every project, we have seen our teams rise to new challenges, strengthen our reputation for excellence, and deliver work that reflects the values we stand by. One of the highlights of the year has undoubtedly been the progress within our education and development pathways. From welcoming our newest undergraduate cohort to celebrating the graduation of a talented group of future leaders, 2025 has reaffirmed the importance of nurturing the next generation. Their curiosity, ambition, and fresh perspectives have brought great energy to the organisation, reminding us why continuous learning and development remain central to our long-term vision. The dedication, collaboration, and drive of the achievements of our workforce shown throughout the year have enabled us not only to meet our goals but to surpass them. As we move forward, we are committed to building on this momentum - expanding opportunities, strengthening our culture, and ensuring that Errigal remains a place where people thrive and where excellence is both expected and celebrated. Over the past few months we have been working on a new 5 year plan that will help develop new goals with more clarity and unity. This plan will be shared in the early months of 2026. For us both, 2026 marks a special time in our friendship & working life as we celebrate 30 years in business at Errigal. We look forward to sharing some stories together as we celebrate our success and we look forward in the years ahead to the stories not yet lived.”
