Happy is a genetically compact series, so chemical growth regulators are usually not necessary. Control can also be gained by good moisture management and applications of various growth regulators if needed.

Growth can be controlled naturally through proper moisture management. If needed to control height, spray with B-Nine ® WSG at 2,500-5,000 ppm, Bonzi ® at 15-30 ppm, or Sumagic ® at 5-10 ppm. To help control growth in the retail environment ® drench with Bonzi at 2-5 ppm or Sumagic ® at 1-2 ppm when plants are up to size and flowering.
