Yoga is for everyone. You need not to be an expert or at the peak of physical fitness to practice Yoga. Bringing your awareness inside and focus on the breath. Yin Yoga: Very gentle form of yoga, by staying passively in postures for a determined period of time, targeting the deep connective tissues to restore mobility and flexibility very gently and activating the meridians (energy channels of the body). All postures are followed by a brief relaxation. Persons suffering from fibromyalgia, arthritis, chronic pain, etc. benefit greatly from yin yoga. Yoga Nidra Meditation is a powerful healing practice of mindfully resting your body while giv- ing guidance to the mind. Yoga Nidra brings an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity and is one of the deepest of all meditations, leading awareness through many levels of mental process to a state of supreme stillness and insight.
