EQUALITY LEGISLATION
This course examines the equality laws that offer protections to our members in the workplace. It will cover the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA), Race Relations Order (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009, the Fair Employment and Treatment Order and other relevant equality legislation. This course provides a good introduction to equality legislation and offers a refresher to members who have already covered these areas in other training courses.

COMMUNICATING FROM THE INSIDE OUT This practical, interactive and engaging one-day course provides insight into communication styles, behaviour and personality traits and develops an understanding of how and why people behave and communicate the way they do. You will learn how to connect with others on a one-to-one or group basis using a range of language, physiology and voice techniques. This workshop can help you to engage more effectively with those you work with and those you support in your personal or professional life. The tutor is Gerry Kelly, trainer of NLP.
