Participants will have a greater understanding of the impact of mental ill health, common conditions, and how to provide casual support to colleagues, friends, and others who may be affected by mental ill health.

ORGANISING STEWARDS Stage 3
Stage 3 stewards’ training is offered to all new stewards six months after the completion of Stage 1 & 2. Stage 3 training enables new stewards to delve deeper into areas around organising and equality. This also provides new stewards with an opportunity to seek support on issues they may have found challenging in their first six months.
