Toyota Field was designed to be universally accessible and comfortable for fans with all abilities. There is specific seating for individuals in wheelchairs and their companions in Sections, 01, 02, 03, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 13, and 22 and 26 on the club level. Please contact our ticket office at 256-325-3873 for further details. If you need assistance in the parking lot, please contact a parking attendant.
ADDRESS
Toyota Field is located in the heart of our Rocket City, with an address of 500 Trash Panda Way, Madison, AL 35758. Alternate address to use for GPS: 319 Contec Rd. Madison, AL 35758
ALCOHOL
The Rocket City Trash Pandas work hard to promote responsible sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages. ALL guests purchasing alcohol must present a valid ID. No alcohol will be sold to intoxicated guests. Alcoholic beverages are available at concession stands throughout Toyota Field, as well as portable beverage stands and Club Bar. Remember, should you choose to drink, please do so responsibly and be considerate of other fans. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the ballpark, but they may be brought out in an approved Green Cup as part of the Town Madison Arts & Entertainment District.
ANIMALS
Dogs are welcome at Toyota Field ONLY on Wednesday games, as part of our Dog Days promotion presented by Tito’s. Service dogs or service dogs in training for guests with disabilities are allowed. All other animals are prohibited.
ATMs
Toyota Field is a cashless venue, but there is one Trustmark ATM within Toyota Field. ATM is located on the concourse behind Section 4.
AUTOGRAPHS
Fans who enter the park prior to game time may go down to the outfield side of the dugouts and ask for autographs. Autographs are left to the player’s discretion. Autograph seekers must return to their seats when the starting lineup of the visiting team is being announced. Please do not disrupt others that are seated and enjoying the game.
BABY-CHANGING AREAS
Changing stations are located in every restroom at Toyota Field.
BAG SEARCH
All bags must be CLEAR and fall within the Clear Bag Policy. All bags are subject to inspection prior to enter- ing the ballpark. See PROHIBITED ITEMS.
BIRTHDAYS

BUSINESS OFFICE
The Trash Panda’s administrative office is located on-site at Toyota Field and is open Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Our phone number is 256-325-1403.
