ADA FRIENDLY Toyota Field was designed to be universally accessible and comfortable for fans with all abilities. There is specific seating for individuals in wheelchairs and their companions in Sections, 01, 02, 03, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 13, and 22 and 26 on the club level. Please contact our ticket office at 256-325-3873 for further details. ADDRESS Toyota Field is located in the heart of our Rocket City, with an address of 500 Trash Panda Way, Madison, AL 35758.

CAMERA AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT

Cameras and video recorders are allowed inside Toyota Field as long as they do not obstruct the view of others. Camera stands/tripods and camera bags are not permitted. CASHLESS POLICY MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted at ticket windows, concessions, parking, and merchandise locations. Also Trash Cash gift cards can be used and can be purchased with cash at The Junkyard Team Store. CELLULAR PHONES The use of cell phones is permitted, provided they do not interfere with another guest’s ability to enjoy the game. CHARITABLE DONATION The Trash Pandas are not currently able to offer donations at this time. When donations do become available - all requests must be made online at TrashPandasBaseball.com. Please note we are unable to provide dona- tions to individuals and are unable to give monetary donations. Your organization will be contacted via email regardless of whether the request is approved. Requests are limited to one per calendar year per organization. Completion of this form is a request only and does not guarantee a donation CHILDREN Children ages two and under may be admitted to Trash Panda games without a ticket but need to sit in the lap of an accompanying adult. Children ages three and above require a ticket. CLEAR BAGS Fans will be encouraged not to bring any bags; however, one (1) of the following will be permitted: One clear bag no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”, or a one-gallon clear freezer bag, or a small clutch bag or purse no larger than 6.5” x 4.5”. Some exceptions will be made for fans with health-related needs and parents bringing infants to games. DIRECTIONS COMING FROM THE EAST: On I-565 W, take exit 13 onto Madison Blvd, turn left onto Zierdt Rd., then right on Town Madison Blvd. and finally a right on Trash Panda Way. COMING FROM THE WEST: On I-565/US-72 E, take exit 9 onto Wall-Triana Hwy and turn right toward Triana. Take a left onto Graphics Way, followed by a left on Dunlop Blvd. SW. Follow Dunlop until Town Madison Blvd. and take a right, then a left onto Trash Panda Way. ELEVATOR There are two elevators inside Toyota Field, one of which is located on the concourse behind home plate (at the Trustmark Bank VIP Entrance). Guests are required to present a Club Level or appropriate hospitality area ticket to access the elevator. There is also an elevator in left field to allow 360-degree access to the concourse for all fans. EMERGENCY There are varying levels of emergencies to be prepared for. Please refer to the Emergency Action Plan Guide for more details. EXIT AND RE-ENTRY Guests must receive a hand stamp when exiting Toyota Field. Re-entry is permitted at both the Pepsi Gate as well as the Trustmark Bank VIP entrance. Guests must show their stamp and game ticket to re-enter the ball- park.

ALCOHOL The Rocket City Trash Pandas work hard to promote responsible sale and consumption of alcoholic bever- ages. ALL guests purchasing alcohol must present a valid ID. No alcohol will be sold to intoxicated guests. Alcoholic beverages are available at concession stands throughout Toyota Field, as well as portable beverage stands and Club Bar. Remember, should you choose to drink, please do so responsibly and be considerate of other fans. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the ballpark. Alcoholic beverage sales on the concourse will stop at the conclusion of the seventh inning. ANIMALS Service dogs or service dogs in training for guests with disabilities are welcome. All other animals are prohib- ited. The only exception is on Wednesday home games, dogs will be allowed to enter the ballpark and will be confined to a designated Dog Zone area. ATMs

There is one ATM within Toyota Field. ATM is located on the concourse behind Section 4.

AUTOGRAPHS

No autographs currently per MLB COVID restrictions.

Non-Covid: Fans who enter the park prior to game time may go down to the outfield side of the dugouts and ask for autographs. Autographs are left to the player’s discretion. Autograph seekers must return to their seats when the starting lineup of the visiting team is being announced. Please do not disrupt others that are seated and enjoying the game. BABY-CHANGING AREAS

Changing stations are located in every restroom at Toyota Field.

BAG SEARCH

All bags must be CLEAR and fall within the Clear Bag Policy. All bags are subject to inspection prior to enter- ing the ballpark. See PROHIBITED ITEMS.
