We are confident of that.” Another passion for Mohit is matching the food which comes from the kitchen with some of the best wines from around the state. The restaurant takes pride in its extensive wine list, which highlights some of the best Tasmanian wines and showcases renowned local wineries. “Our wine offerings are carefully curated to complement our modern Indian cuisine, providing a unique pairing experience for our guests.
