Face-to-Face Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training is now being provided by Visitor Experience Training (VXT) Tasmania in partnership with the Queensland Hotels Association Registered Training Organisation. This in-person approach allows potential hospitality employees to engage directly with an experienced trainer,fosteringadeeperunderstandingofresponsible alcohol service and compliance with Tasmanian regulations. Through active participation, participants can ask questions, share experiences, and receive immediate feedback, leading to better retention of the knowledge and skills required to handle alcohol- related situations effectively. Ensuring that they are completing the course with the confidence to handling difficult situations, minimizing risks and liabilities for hospitality businesses. VXT wants to hear from businesses, clubs or regions that are looking for RSA courses relevant to their specific needs and local conditions.
