No. 2. — THE DIVINE UNITY OP T HE SCR I PTURES (304 pages), by Dr. Adolph Saphir. It is a great religious classic, and has been pronounced by men like t he late Dr. E lmo re Harris, Dr. W. J. E r dma n, Dr. J ames M. Gray and others, as in many respects, the best book extant on t h e inspiration of t he Bible. It should be in the library of every minister. No. 3. — CHRIST AND THE SCRIP- TURES (142 pages), by Dr. Adoplh Sa- phir. A companion work to Dr. Saphir's " The Divine Unity of t he Scriptures." While a smaller book, it is of great value, and no one is thoroughly abreast of c u r r e nt discussions on the Bible who has not read it. No. 4. — THE HIDDEN L I FE ( 2 91 pages), by Dr. Adolph Saphir. This is one of the most helpful books in English literature on the subject of prayer and t he deeper Christian life. By many it is regarded as unequalled.

No. 6 .—THE LORD FROM HEAVEN (134 pages), by Sir Robert Anderson, K. C. B., LL. D. A great contribution to c u r r e nt discussions on t he deity of Jesus Christ. Bishop Moule, re- garded as one of the most scholarly and spiritually-minded bishops in t h e Church of England, speaks of it in t he highest terms. No. 7 .—THE GOSPEL AND ITS MIN- ISTRY (183 pages), by Sir Robert An- derson, K. C. B., LL. D. This is a stand- ard work on the f u n d ame n t al t r u t hs of Christianity. Very few wo r ks in t he English language give one such .a grasp on the f u n d ame n t al t r u t hs of our faith. Every minister and s t u d e nt of theology should study it.
