Teresa Rose is the new executive director at One Heartbeat Foundation. She has spent her career serving others and improving her community, holding a variety of executive positions, including senior leadership roles at Communities Foundation of Oklahoma, Oklahoma City Community Foundation and Chesapeake Energy Corporation. Her expertise in community relations, government affairs, philanthropy, and legal matters, combined with her heart for giving, enabled her to provide individuals, families and organizations with guidance and options as they choose the best way to approach giving.

Mike Ross began his insurance career with The Travelers before joining INSURICA in 1985 as a commercial lines producer. He became vice president of sales in 1996 and was named president in 1999. Today, he serves as chairman of the board and CEO of INSURICA, one of the 50 largest insurance agencies in the country.

William “Bill” Cameron is President and Chief Executive Officer of Cameron Enterprises, the holding company for the Cameron family’s business holdings and is Chairman and CEO of American Fidelity Group. American Fidelity Assurance Company is the largest of the member business group that also includes First Fidelity Bank; INSURICA, the 17th largest private insurance agency operation in the United States; InvesTrust, a trust and investment management group; Alcott, a Professional Employer Organization based in Long Island, New York; and First Financial Group based in Houston.
Additionally, Bill is a partial owner and serves on the boards for the NBA’s Oklahoma City Thunder, as well as the lead owner and chairman of the WNBA franchise, Dallas Wings. He serves on the board of the American Academy of Rome based in New York City, where he serves as chair of their Finance Committee, as well as several more of their committees. He is also a partner in B Cellars winery in Oakville, California. Bill is active in organizations such as the U.S life and health insurance industry’s trade associations as board member for America’s Health Insurance Plans, former Chairman for the Association of California Life and Health Insurance, former director with American Council of Life Insurers and former chairman of the Amazon Conservation Team. He is a member of the Brookings Council and the Center for Strategic and International Studies advisory council for the Global Strategy Institute. He also serves on several Oklahoma based community boards including the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation advisory board the Oklahoma City Museum of Arts Board of Trustees. Bill is a member of the Young President’s Organization Gold Chapter and is a former international board member. He is also a member of the Chief Executive Organization. Bill is a graduate from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. He resides in Oklahoma.
