network; it offers a community of peo- ple with a shared purpose. Through EGSA conferences, techni- cal sessions, and working groups, we gain insight into the challenges and opportunities shaping our indus- try. Additionally, we can consistently engage with peers equally passionate about building a stronger, more di- verse workforce. Our partnership with EGSA enables us to: • Collaborate on workforce devel- opment: Joint outreach programs to technical schools and training institutions help to attract more diverse candidates into generator and service careers. • Increase visibility for women in power: Panel discussions, confer- ence features, and award programs which highlight female leaders and innovators. • Shared learning: Continuous open dialogue about how DEI initiatives directly improve safety, reliability, and customer relationships across member organizations. The support of the EGSA membership strengthens the STAMFORD | AvK ef- forts by providing a forum to exchange
