CERTIFICATIONS CERTIFICATION

ENERGY CLASSIFICATION The European Energy Label provides consumers with accurate information on energy consumption and on the performance of fireplaces and wood and/or pellet stoves. Caminetti Montegrappa has always paid particular attention to energy savings on appliances that exceed class A. IMPORTANT: La date de mise sur le marché considérée par le réglement, est celle qui concerne la transaction entre le fabricant et le Distributeur/Revendeur. Ainsi, les produits en stock achetés par le distributeur/revendeur avant le 31 décembre 2021, ne relèvent pas des obligations établies par le réglement Eco-conception et peuvent être revendus par le distributeur/revendeur après la date du 1 er Janvier 2022. La directive Ecodesign spécifie les modes d’application de la directive 2009/125/CE du Parlement et du Conseil européen concernant les critères de conception éco-compatible pour les appareils de chauffage à biomasse. L'objectif est d'améliorer les performances environnementales des nouveaux générateurs de chaleur à biomasse, et donc, depuis son entrée en vigueur, pourront être commercialisés uniquement les appareils qui respectent les exigences d’efficacité et d’émissions établies. Cette norme sera obligatoire et devra être appliquée par chacun des États membres de l’Union Européenne à partir de : - 1er janvier 2020 pour les chaudières à biomasse (Réglement UA 2015/1189). - 1er janvier 2022 pour les appareils domestiques à biomasse : poêles, foyers, inserts et cuisinières (Réglement UA 2015/1185). 2020 2022 The Ecodesign directive specifies the methods of application of European Directive 2009/125/ CE regarding the criteria for the sustainable development of biomass heating appliances. The main goal is to improve the performance of the new biomass heating generators in terms of sustainability; this is the reason why, from its coming into force, only those appliances complying with the requested efficiency and emission levels will be put into the market. The regulation will be compulsory and will be applied by each EU Member State from: - January 1st, 2020 biomass boilers (EU Regulation EU 2015/1189). - January 1st, 2022 biomass domestic heating appliances: stoves, fireplaces, and cookers (EU Regulation EU 2015/1185). IMPORTANT: The ‘date of placing on the market’, according to the regulations, is the ‘date of the transaction’ between the manufacturer and the Distributor/Reseller. Thus, products in stock purchased by the Distributor/Reseller before the 31 st December 2021 do not fall under the obligations of the Eco-Design regulations, and can be resold by the Distributor/Reseller after the 1 st January 2022.

PRODUCT CERTIFICATIONS All Caminetti Montegrappa appliances undergo the evaluation of independent institutes that examine their structural features, efficiency and emissions levels according to the most restrictive European standards, as requested by national and regional regulations.
