Live videos will be available for viewing on DVAuction 2-3 weeks before the sale. LIABILITY All persons viewing cattle prior to sale day and attending the sale do so at their own risk. Lazy Black Diamond Ranch assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for accidents that may occur. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Terms for the sale are cash. Cattle will sell under the suggested terms and conditions of the American Angus Association. In the unlikely event that any animals shall be proven to be defective, damages resulting from their use shall be limited to their purchase price. Each animal will be the property of buyer as soon as sold and at purchaser’s risk. GUARANTEE All bulls are guaranteed against breeding injury through the first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 90-day period following the first turnout of the bulls. If a replacement bull is not available when needed, credit less salvage value of $3,000 will be issued toward a replacement bull in the following year’s sale. All injured bulls will need to be examined by a licensed veterinarian. Please notify Lazy Black Diamond Ranch as soon as possible should injury occur and prior to the bull being sold (LBDR reserves the right to have animals returned for examination). All claims must be made by September 1, 2026.

Free delivery on bulls to a central location within 300 miles on a minimum purchase of $3500 per bull or a total bull purchase of over $6000. Delivery will begin in March. A $100/bull discount will be given for bulls picked up sale day or the following day by 4:00 p.m. at Huss Livestock Market. NOTE: Heifers (Lots 201-250) need to be picked up from Huss Livestock Market on sale day or the following day by 4:00p.m. HEALTH PAPERS Cattle taken outside of Nebraska will need appropriate health papers. Testing requirements may vary by state. Please

AUCTION DAY INFORMATION/ANNOUNCEMENTS Any supplement sheets will be available on sale day (EPD updates, yearling weights, scrotal measurements, etc). Any statements from the auction block will take preference over information in the catalog. Any disputes as to bids shall be settled by the auctioneer, whose decision shall be final and shall bind purchases to the announcement of the sale and sale price. SEMEN INTEREST Lazy Black Diamond Ranch is retaining 1/3 semen interest in all bulls. Full possession and full salvage value sell on all bulls. ONLINE BIDDING The sale will be broadcast live on DVAuction - dvauction.com Please register to bid at least 24 hours in advance of the sale! LUNCH Complementary lunch will be available starting at 11:30 a.m. on sale day.
