as a nation to God; otherwise we will surely crumble from within. Seeds already have been sown for possible destruction.
Paul had apostolic authority. He displayed visibly what was meant by the transferral of authority, just as we do in our ordination service, setting apart young men for the ministry. We don’t add anything to them. This is just a means of showing fellowship. At testation at the beginning was needed. God was heaping up cre dentials for the whole age of the Church. Q. We do not believe that America specifically is referred to in the Bible. Countries mentioned are more closely connected or related to the land of Israel. Four great world powers will arise at the end of the age. The king of the north is apparently Russia. The king of the east is the ruler of the Orien tal world. The king of the south may be from the Moslem world; from Africa. The antichrist will be known as the one coming out of the west. America doubtless will be identified with this latter eco nomically and financially. These di rections by the way, all have ref erence geographcially to the land of Palestine, which has been right ly described as the hub of the world. We consider that communism is a religion although it is atheistic. No one knows how much more of this world will go under the Satan ic hand of communism. We pray that this may never happen here in America. If it does take place, it will certainly be by default as people elect those soft on this sys tem. National leaders, who are not known for any spiritual standards, realize the dire fate which awaits this country if we do not return 22
HE KEEPS THE KEY Is there some problem In your life to solve, Some passage seeming full of mystery? God knows, who brings the hidden things to light. He keeps the key. Is there some door closed by the Father's hand, Which widely opened you had hoped to see? Trust God and wait for when He shuts the door, He keeps the key. Is there some earnest prayer unan swered yet, Or answered not as you had thought 'twould be? God will make clear His purpose by and by. He keeps the key. Have patience with your God, your patient God, All-wise, all-knowing, no long tarrler He; And of the door of all thy future life, He keeps the key. Unfailing comfort, sweet and blessed rest, To know of every door He keeps the key, That He at last when just He sees 'tls best, Will give It thee. THE JEW Go, friend, and bend your knee to pray For Israel's ancient race. Ask the dear Saviour every day To call some by His grace. Go, for a debt of His love Is due For every Christian to the Jew!
