Growing team reflects continued expansion of platform Redgate announces series of key promotions

I was cleaning out some old papers in my attic last week when I came across two documents labeled “CONFIDENTIAL.” I immediately contacted the National Archives in Washington DC and express mailed them the two documents. The following week, I received in the mail, the same two documents I had sent to the National Archives with the following attached note:

OSTON, MA — Redgate , a real estate investment, advisory, and owners’ representation firm, announced a series of key promotions across the firm. These promotions reflect Redgate’s commitment to the growth and development of its core leadership team as well as the continued expansion of Redgate’s platform across all client categories of institutions, corporations, and investors. Redgate’s recent promotions follow several strategic senior hires for the firm, includ- ing Laura Gregoriadis as CFO, Brian Mueller as vice president of asset manage- ment, and Sharon Lavery as senior director of human resources and culture. Head- quartered in Boston, the firm has 57 employees across its Mid-Atlantic, Raleigh-Durham and Boston offices. With the addition of Gregoriadis and Lavery, Redgate’s team is now 33% women. Redgate’s promotions span the company’s Mid-Atlantic, Raleigh-Durham, and Boston offices and include: Reid Joseph has been pro- moted to principal at Redgate. B

Shortly after, DeFelice was promoted to Deputy Chief FHA Underwriter. In 2016, Sandy transitioned to loan production. In her new role DeFelice looks forward to expanding the FHA platform and volume by leveraging both the multifam- ily bridge and our affordable housing programs. She is fo- cused on growth in the Midwest and Western regions and is recruiting loan originators to join the team. Peter DeLuca has been pro- moted to executive vice presi- dent and co-lead of Redgate’s Investor Services. DeLuca leads the programming, design, and construction phases of some of the country’s largest office and life science investor projects throughout the Boston, Mid-Atlantic and Raleigh- Durham regions. Redgate is also pleased to announce that Bill Rowland has been promoted to vice president, Kevin “KP” Por- ter has been promoted to as- sistant project manager, and Caroline Stanton has been promoted to HR generalist and senior office manager.

As principal, Joseph will be an integral member of Redgate’s leadership team, shaping the firm’s strategic vision and mar - ket-centric growth strategy. Reid leads the firm’s acquisi - tions initiative, sourcing and executing new value-add and development projects. Kristi Dowd has been pro- moted to executive vice presi- dent. As lead for Redgate’s Institutional Services, Dowd oversees delivery of owner’s representation services for clients across the healthcare, higher education, and public- sector real estate markets. Dowd has been recognized as an industry leader throughout her 20+ year career, participat- ing in industry organizations such as Professional Women in Construction that promote DEI in real estate, and serving on the Medford Community Development Board. Alex Dubanowitz has been promoted to executive vice pres- ident. As leader of Redgate’s Corporate Services, Dubanow- itz has worked on many of Bos- ton’s most high-profile tenant improvement projects.
