MAREJ Investment Real Estate, LLC hires Jerry Pearson as revenue manager YORK, PA — Investment Real Estate, LLC (IRE) an- nounced the hiring of Jerry Pearson as the revenue man- ger for the Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) . In this newly created role, Pearson will be responsible for assisting in underwriting for new potential acquisitions, analyzing current and future revenue streams, guiding the IREGC through learning and integrating new external soft- ware programs for analyzing pricing and revenue, and over- seeing tenant rates at a small number of commercial, indus- trial, and retail properties. Before joining IREGC, Pear- son worked in the self-storage industry for over 18 years, most recently serving as the director of pricing and revenue man- agement for ezStorage. Prior to that he worked for Public Storage as a district manager. Pearson grew up in Mary- land and South Carolina and now resides in Smithsburg, MD, surrounded by his three daughters and one grand- daughter.
