Combined, Wentworth, Pick- ett and Gore bring over 30 years of commercial real estate expe- rience, specializing in selling multifamily land and invest- ment sale properties on behalf of institutions, pension fund advisors, REITs and develop - ers. They will partner with the notable Newmark Multifam- ily Capital Markets DC-based team of vice chairmen Chris Espenshade, Robert Gar- rish and Shawn McDonald , strengthening Newmark's pres- ence in the Mid-Atlantic. The team joins Newmark from Colliers International, where they were instrumental in the firm's multifamily in- vestment sales growth. Consis- tently ranked as top producers, Wentworth was most recently executive vice president, Pick- ett senior vice president and Gore vice president. Earlier in their careers, Wentworth spent time as an Associate for Apart- ment Realty Advisors (ARA) in Charlotte, NC, which was later acquired by Newmark, while Pickett and Gore worked at CBRE.
