CBEI Central Wisconsin Fall 2025 Report

Noble Community Clinics The Case in Point tradition of hands-on learning and community impact continued, as 26 students collaborated this semester with Noble Community Clinics to develop strategies to attract and retain dental professionals at its rural Wisconsin locations. The competition kicked off on Oct. 14, with the final presentations on Nov. 14. Representatives from Noble Clinics were excited to hear the students’ findings and immediately began considering how to implement the students’ solutions.

Central Wisconsin Food Truck Association A year later, in spring 2025, Case in Point students engaged with the Central Wisconsin Food Truck Association. The students’ presentations gave the Food Truck Association imaginative ideas for engaging with its members, drawn in part from the students’ research on the food-truck industry in other cities and states. Taylor Okerlund, co-founder of the Food Truck Association, described the students’ research as eye-opening and their recommendations as very feasible. He is currently exploring ways to take action on the students’ many suggestions.

Next Steps We look forward to hearing about improvements in Noble Clinics’ staffing situation in the coming year, as well as further developments at the Stevens Point Area Convention & Visitors Bureau and Central Wisconsin Food Truck Association. Case in Point is set to return with a fresh challenge in fall 2026.
