Commercial Real Estate, LLC , a West Chester based commercial real estate firm, has arranged the sale of 1230 American Boulevard, West Goshen Township. The Property was most re- cently the headquarters for American Telecast Products and formerly was occupied by MBB Helicopter as its US Headquarters. The building consists of ap- proximately 30,000 s/f of office space on two floors. The buyer is a local private investor and plans extensive renovations to create class “A” office space. Allentown, PA — John Crampsie of NAI Summit re- cently represented the owner, Whitehall Riverside LP, in the leasing of 14,480 s/f of warehouse space to Boscov’s Department Store. Mike Adams of NAI Sum- mit was involved with two leasing transactions in Allen- town. In the first transaction he represented the owner, 6352 Chapman’s LP, in the leasing of 3,772 s/f of warehouse space to Sitech Metro Northeast LLC. In Adam’s second transac- tion, he represented the ten- ant, Worldwide Fittings, in the lease transaction of 7,200 s/f of warehouse space at 934 Marcon Blvd. Worldwide Fit- tings supplies over 150 million components of steel tube and pipe fitting pieces annually to domestic and foreign mar- kets.
