NSABP Foundation, Inc., has leased over 31,000 s/f in Two Allegheny Center to house its national headquarters. NSABP will be relocating to TwoAllegh- eny Center in late 2013. Continental Broadband, LLC (Expedient) has also signed a lease for over 11,000 s/f for its consolidated regional head- quarters at OneAllegheny Cen- ter. Continental Broadband’s lease represents a long-term expansion and extension of their commitment to the prop- erty that also houses their main data center in the region. The ownership of Allegheny Center began a major renova- tion of the Allegheny Center Plaza in 2011. With the struc- tural phase of the renovations nearing completion, work on the aesthetic phase of the proj- ect is expected to commence at year end.
