Keith Kahlbaugh of Bennett Williams represented the buyer in the $1,370,000 transaction. Lease: GEA Refrigeration North America, Inc. leased 25,500 s/f of industrial space at 310 Emig Rd. in Emigsville for 5 years from Fox Land Associates, LTD. Keith Kahlbaugh of Ben- nett Williams represented the tenant in the transaction. HP Hood LLC leased 9,150 s/f of industrial space at 280 Blackgum Ct. in York for 3 years from Allen & Patti Gei- man. Keith Kahlbaugh of Bennett Williams represented both the landlord and the ten- ant in the transaction.
