A MESSAGE FROM CEO JERRY FELTON
Small Steps Make the Journey Every July, the absolute best place to be in the world is Idaho Falls. The weather is great. The sunsets are beautiful. The Melaleuca Freedom Celebration on Independence Day is a moving, unforgettable experience. And, of course, Idaho Falls is the place Melaleuca’s newest Senior Directors gather to attend Road to Executive Director. Attendees celebrate, learn, share, and develop new relationships. Road to Executive Director is an incredible event where belief is built, goals are set, and commitments are made.
And because our mission of helping others is the power behind the Compensation Plan and repeat income, I should mention that these leaders had helped their own personal enrollees earn $3,104,093 during the same period! These are amazing results. But results don’t happen by accident. These results represent a lot of hard work and commitment. They reflect something very important to any successful leader at Melaleuca—consistency! Without consistency, none of these leaders would have advanced to Senior Director and beyond. John Maxwell, renowned author and leadership coach, says, “Small disciplines repeated with consistency every day lead to great achievements gained slowly over time.” Success is rarely achieved in an instant but rather is a journey over time. One step at a time. At Melaleuca, the Seven Critical Business-Building Activities are the keys to success. Mastering these activities takes consistent effort each day. And building a sustainable business and showing others how to do the same requires an equal level of consistency. Whether it’s a successful Melaleuca business you are after, or running a personal best at a 5k, or losing 10 pounds, or teaching and leading your kids to be great people—they all require consistency in effort and specificity of activity. In fact, consistency is fundamentally at the core of any goal or objective we have in any facet of our lives.
Last month, 55 new Senior Director businesses arrived in Idaho Falls to experience Road to Executive Director and Melaleuca’s 31st Annual Freedom Celebration. And, as usual, it was an incredible event and there was a lot to celebrate. Over the course of the last 12 months, this group of leaders had been busy bringing to life our mission of enhancing lives while working to achieve Senior Director and beyond. A few highlights of this group’s accomplishments include: Total New Customers Enrolled: 4,422
Total New Personal Directors Developed: 347
Total New Personal Directors 3 Developed: 118
Total Advancements: 358
Total Commissions Paid: $3,995,437

Consistency is also a skill. And some of us are more skilled at it than others. So how do you build the skill of consistency? Like any other skill, you have to work at it! I’ve heard it said that if you want consistent results, then you need to be consistent. So getting good at consistency is based on action. Here are some tips that will help you develop this muscle: 1. Start small and be realistic 2. Schedule it 3. Remind yourself why you are doing it—have a strong why 4. Celebrate your milestones 5. Reframe setbacks as part of the process 6. Embrace the process and journey instead of just the end goal Consistency develops self-discipline and fuels motivation. It develops the ability to take necessary action repeatedly to produce positive results, which gives you a sense of accomplishment and helps create the momentum necessary to reach your goals. And the momentum that is created from consistency is your “flywheel.” At first it is a difficult process of relentlessly pushing
a large, heavy flywheel, turn by turn, slowly building momentum until it turns with much less effort, spinning faster and faster. Jim Collins, author of Good to Great, argues that, like the flywheel, “big things happen because you consistently do a bunch of little things supremely well that compound over time.” Successful Marketing Executives understand and embrace this principle. I’d like to personally challenge anyone who is not yet a Senior Director to make a commitment to join us in Idaho Falls in July 2025. And once you’ve set that goal, be consistent with your daily activities. You will not only advance your business but you will also become a better leader. And you’ll have helped so many others reach their goals along the way. Thank you for joining our mission of enhancing lives!

HELP YOUR CATEGORY 2s AND 3s
AUGUST 2024 | MELALEUCA.COM/LIA 9
BUSINESS BUILDING
“The Grow app lets you speed through new approaches and stay on top of previous approaches.”
Want to help your Category 2s (interested in supplemental income) and 3s (interested in significant income) learn the ins and outs of Melaleuca faster and more thoroughly than ever? Then the very first contact list your new enrollees build should be in the Melaleuca Grow app! “I recently enrolled a Melaleuca business builder as a Category 2 and immediately had her download the Grow app,” shares Jen. “The next morning, before I was even able to walk her through anything, she had already watched the Foundations video on Grow. It just streamlines the whole process.” Are your builders in it for the long haul? Jen loves that the Grow app can give her an idea of who is serious about building a Melaleuca business and who may just be dabbling or who might need more hands- on coaching. If a new enrollee downloads the app and walks themselves through the
tutorials and trainings, Jen knows they’ll likely hit the ground running. “The app makes it so easy to self-navigate,” she says. “This creates efficiency that I’ve never seen in my business before.” For example, when previously enrolling new Category 2s and 3s, Jen would have them create a hard copy of their contacts. It would take new enrollees an average of three days to come up with 20 names, and often they would overthink or second- guess their list. But by using the Grow app to input contacts, Jen finds that it now takes new enrollees mere minutes. This not only streamlines the process but also keeps that first wave of momentum going. Stay organized with self-created labels. After helping new Category 2s and 3s download the Grow app and input 20 names of people they’re most comfortable with, Jenn teaches them to use her favorite feature of the Melaleuca Grow app—the contact list organizer with labels. “It’s so important to get your new enrollees into the habit of staying up to date with their contacts,” she says. “I’m wildly hooked on the contact list organizer. I use labels to create efficiency. This makes it so easy to understand where I’m at with certain contacts so I know how to move forward with them.” To make a label, click on one name in your contact list and label it anything you wish (for example, you could label it “Needs Follow-Up”). From then on, you’ll be able to use “Needs Follow-Up” to label any other names who fit that category. Some of Jen’s labels include “Approach Them,” “On Fence,” “See Overview,” and even a label called “Ghosting” for the contacts who haven’t responded in days or weeks.

BUSINESS BUILDING
A bird’s-eye view of your business. The Grow app allows Jen to see where all her contacts are at with the touch of a button. No hand-scribbled notes, no racking your memory to decipher if you’ve walked someone through an Overview Presentation or not, and no hard-to-follow data sheets. “I want to know where all those people are at any given moment so I can go in and make sure they feel comfortable with Melaleuca and are responding back,” she says. “I can see my active alerts, new enrollments, and new growth all in one place!” Grow also lets business builders set up an account to help customers shop, create a to-do list, and direct new enrollees to specific trainings to help them become confident in building a Melaleuca business. “Grow gets people right into action as opposed to waiting for their enroller to walk them through everything,” Jen says. “Of course we’re still right here, but the app lets the go-getters take control of their business at a faster pace. It really is the most helpful sidekick!” So what if you’re not very tech-savvy? “My own enrollers aren’t too techy,” Jen laughs. “But now they are using Grow and loving it too! My biggest piece of advice to new builders is to just play around with it. Hit all the buttons! Click on all the tabs! Explore the folders! The more I played around in the app, the more it began to make sense.” The Grow app is expertly designed for self-navigation, so don’t be afraid to explore! The takeaway. If you’ve just enrolled a new Category 2 or 3, get them familiarized with and using the Grow app right away. “This is a roadmap of their business that they can access anytime, anywhere,” Jen explains. “Once they are comfortable on the app, they will duplicate their experience when they enroll their first Category 2 or 3. If we want to get new builders quickly into action and confident in this business, then get them (and yourself) on the Grow app.”

with guidance,” Brittany says. “Now that’s what I’m trying to do for my team.” For Brittany, that means welcome calls, Strategy Sessions, meeting together in person, and multiple video conferences throughout the day. “We are a very tight-knit team,” she says. “And no matter where you are, no matter what time it is, we have something and someone available to help you grow your business and be successful.” “She never quits,” Ben adds. “When you become a member of Brittany’s team, you get someone who runs alongside you and makes sure your goals are accomplished.” “We really do everything together,” Brittany laughs. “I invite the team over all the time for grilling. I love all my team like family. I truly want to help everyone who joins us completely change their lives. It’s my personal mission to ensure that everyone on our team is taken care of.” There’s no question that Brittany leads by example. It’s a lesson she learned from her own support team. “The reason I’ve become a powerful leader is that I was given guidance by Executive Director 6 Lisa Fuller and Corporate Director 6 Erin Clark,” Brittany says. “They’ve molded me into the leader I am now, and I believe that the more personal, daily guidance I give my team, the more we will all be successful.” MH
Like many busy moms, Brittany begins her day early and doesn’t slow down until everyone is in bed. But Brittany’s day begins even earlier than most. “At 5:00 AM we hold our morning video call,” Brittany explains. “It’s a chance for my whole team to get together before the craziness of the day. We drink coffee and put together a plan of what we want to tackle that day. We also discuss what happened the day prior and help each other with any problems or situations that may have occurred.” For Brittany, this early morning video conference is nonnegotiable. “We are all in this together,” she says. “It requires me setting my alarm an hour or two earlier than I would otherwise, but it lets my team know that they are not doing this alone. And that’s a big deal.” “It also sets the tone for the day,” Ben adds. “You’ve already accomplished something before the day even starts, and that lets you carry a solid sense of accomplishment throughout the rest of your day.” That sense of camaraderie is a real key to the Pollocks’ success. “When I enrolled, I was instantly welcomed and comforted

Brandi & Jeremiah Whitmer GEORGIA Become a Master of the Mundane
Brandi feels that some Marketing Executives blaze through their contact lists without seeking guidance, resulting in missed opportunities for improvement: “Stay close to your mentor and be open to feedback.” Efficient time management is valuable, especially for busy individuals. “You’d be surprised how much you can get done in 30 minutes when you focus on the Critical Activities,” she says. Avoiding unnecessary complexities and staying true to proven methods is key. “The business lies in mastering the mundane and doing the simple things consistently.” Executive Director 6 Susan Dampier, who is also Brandi’s mentor, played a significant role in her journey—teaching her not just how to build a business but who to be in the process. This holistic approach to leadership has been instrumental to Brandi’s success. “I’m always looking to become the leader that my next Executive Director or Senior Director needs,” she says. For those aspiring to advance their own Melaleuca journey, Brandi offers the same advice she was given; “Map out your path to Senior Director,” she says. “Fully understand the requirements, set monthly goals that move you toward them, and stay consistent and intentional. Have a plan, be patient, and ask to be held accountable.” This strategic approach, combined with a commitment to personal growth and leadership, has served Brandi well and is paving the way for her lasting success.
In discussing her journey from enrollment to Executive Director 3, Brandi Whitmer offers powerful insights for anyone wanting to advance their Melaleuca business. The first step is overcoming the initial hurdles. “It’s the start that stops most people,” she says. “What I love to remind people is that Melaleuca keeps it so simple. You don’t have pretend to be anything different than who you are. Just share what Melaleuca is to you and why you love it. That’s really as easy as it is.” Another key is to make sure your approach is customer-centric. “Make it all about the other person,” Brandi says. “Take yourself out of the equation and get to know their struggles so that you know how Melaleuca can make their life better. It’s about helping families see the magic of Melaleuca.” She also stresses the importance of being coachable and open to constructive criticism. “Always be willing to ask, ‘What could I be doing better?’” she says. “That willingness to take constructive criticism is so important in the beginning.”

Jonathan & Kimberly Montgomery GEORGIA His Wife Was Sick, So He Made the Call
“Melissa’s blood pressure is finally in a normal range,” Jonathan says. “She has friends asking her, ‘What are you doing? I’ve never seen you with this much energy!’ It’s another testament to how important these products are.” Jonathan himself has his own “miracle” product experience. Renew has been a game changer for his sensitive complexion. Since the age of 18, he has suffered from seborrheic dermatitis on his face. For years Jonathan tried different treatments, doctors, and products—none of which worked. Some even made the condition worse by causing cracks and bleeding. “Now I use Renew ® on my face daily,” he says. “And incredibly, I haven’t had a flare-up in over a year. Having that moisture barrier and healthy-feeling skin is such a blessing. People take that for granted. I don’t.” It’s experiences like these that solidified Jonathan’s desire to continue sharing Melaleuca. As an active member of his church’s ministry (he even leads the worship music program), Jonathan is grateful that Melaleuca provides yet another vehicle to help individuals and families improve their lives. “From physical health to financial health, Melaleuca has something for everyone,” he says. “It’s for men. It’s for women. It’s for the young. It’s for the old. Ultimately, Melaleuca gives all of us the opportunity to choose our own path in life.”
The month Jonathan opened his Melaleuca account, his wife Kimberly had been in the emergency room multiple times with heart issues. Earning additional income became a necessity, so Jonathan hit the ground running with his business. “When your heart’s off, everything’s off,” he says, “so she didn’t have the energy to build our Melaleuca business with me at that time.” But Jonathan did. As soon as Executive Director 4 Tracey Ebert presented the Melaleuca Overview to him, he picked up the phone and started calling friends and family members. “I’ve always had that entrepreneurial spirit,” he explains. “My wife and I had known Tracey for years—we trusted her completely. I also saw that these were products everybody needed.” Almost immediately, Jonathan noticed a difference in his family’s health and the health of others he introduced to Melaleuca. One of his first personal enrollees, Melissa Snow, reached out to him because she was amazed at how much the Peak Performance Nutrition Pack had positively influenced her overall well-being.

“Don’t overthink it—just follow a proven system that works,” David says. “Burn your ships behind you and give it your all. You’ll never want to go back.”
Lifetime Earnings: $2,848,663 Personal Enrollees’ Earnings: $4,293,095 Monthly Repeat Income: $7,199
Making a Difference While Providing for Their Family About 23 years ago, David and Cheryl Felsenthal were in a very tough position. They had moved from Ohio to New Jersey so David could pursue his dream job helping disadvantaged teens. But though the position was rewarding, working for a nonprofit were expensive lotions and potions that didn’t work. But my desperation kept me open- minded, and we got a Value Pack.” They reached Senior Director in their seventh month, and their life really began to change. Six months later, they became Executive Directors,
transforming their finances even further. “With our first big check, we paid off our children’s scholarships, and we’ve been able to pay full tuition since then,” David says. “We got our first new car ever. And about 10 years ago, we became debt-free again! We bought our dream home with cash. We are marrying off our kids. We’re financially free, and life is amazing!” The Felsenthals are thrilled at how much more fulfilling their life has become. “I’ve made great friends through Melaleuca to share life’s ups and support each other during the downs; I feel like I am one of the luckiest people in the world,” David says. “I love that you can count on Melaleuca.” SV
As soon as they started to use Melaleuca products, David and Cheryl saw they were unlike anything else. However, their children decided to take the test to the extreme. “They took a black permanent marker, and they made a smiley face on our sofa,” David laughs. “So, we gave them Sol-U-Mel ® and we said, ‘Kids, this says it can clean permanent ink. You better pray it does.’ They cleaned the sofa, and it worked! I now have 11 grandchildren because Sol-U-Mel kept those kids alive!” Once they knew the products were exceptional, the Felsenthals were ready to build their business. “We did the Seven Critical Business-Building Activities, and the rest just fell into place.” As David and Cheryl worked hard on the right activities, their Melaleuca business took off.
decimated his family’s financial health. They fell from being debt-free to taking on $50,000 in debt in just 12 months. To get by, they lived in a house that was too small for their family, and they couldn’t afford the tuition required at the private religious school their six children attended. “It was a hard place to be,” David recalls. “I looked at every home business out there in an effort to earn additional income, and when I asked for proof of a real person making a few thousand dollars a month, everybody disappeared on me. But then a neighbor told me about Melaleuca. I was impressed with his results, so we tried out the products. I firmly believed back then that all natural products

Growing the Future When Valerie Heard was introduced to Melaleuca, she wanted to get toxic chemicals out of her home for her son who had breathing problems. After switching from national brand cleaners for Melaleuca alternatives, she saw her son’s health return, and he has gone on to have a lengthy wrestling career. Excited by the results, she started to build a business. But tragedy struck when her first husband was diagnosed with ALS
to find a way out.” That’s when Valerie remembered her Melaleuca business. She started building again and immediately saw a difference. Burdens lifted away when she no longer had to worry about inventory, working certain hours, or paying the rent for her flower store. Valerie’s motivation was her legacy for her children. “Before Melaleuca, heaven forbid!” she exclaims. “They would’ve only received an ancient flower store from me. It’d be useless to them.” In addition to the consistent income, Valerie cherishes Melaleuca for granting her the freedom to actively participate in her son’s sports and other activities. Without Melaleuca, she believes her attention would have been divided, mainly preoccupied with managing her flower shop. Melaleuca has allowed her
to prioritize her family, enabling her to witness and be a part of her sons’ growth firsthand. Valerie believes her success in building her business comes from setting good habits. “Building a Melaleuca business is 90% mindset,” she says. “I wake up in the morning and have trained myself to do the things I don’t want to do first.” She also tries to coach and remain coachable. “I ask my support team or builders what we could have done better. And then we talk that through. But at the end of the day, we just try to have fun.”

THE ESSENTIAL HABITS OF HIGH-PERFORMING Marketing Executives
PRESENTED BY Chelsie Gilbert National Director
22 AUGUST 2023 | MELALEUCA.COM
BUSINESS BUILDING
Commitment is not a word, it is an act. It is not about what you feel, it is about what you do. These are the habits that propelled my business forward and brought me greater success. I know that some of you may wish there were some magical tip that I could give you to help you be successful, but the truth is that my success has only come from a series of fairly mundane habits that I engage in every day. It does not matter what you do occasionally—it matters what you do consistently. My daily habits all start with my accountability sheet. I didn’t come up with this. My amazing mentors, Corporate Director 5 Ashley Olive and Corporate Director 6 Erin Clark, came up with it, so all of the good stuff I’m about to tell you came from them. This sheet ensures that I engage in seven important habits every day.
It’s important to recognize that sometimes it actually takes a lot more than five approaches to get those appointments made, but that’s a good guide. It’s a good goal to shoot for.
HABIT NO. 3 Connect with Four Contacts
Choose four people who you want to earn the right to approach. The first time you meet them, you’re not going to say, “Well, have you heard of Melaleuca?” You’re going to build trust. You’re going to build that relationship. You’re going to get to know them and care about them as people. Ashley Olive always tells me, “We are professional friend makers.” On the flip side of that, National Director 3 Sadie Kolves told me, “You don’t have to have their Social Security number before you approach them about Melaleuca.” You have to find the right balance where you know that they’re comfortable with you and you’ve built a sincere relationship.
church, you’re constantly interacting with people, and you should be adding those names to your contact list. And I love that now you can do this directly in the Grow app. HABIT NO. 2 Make Five Approaches and Set Five Appointments I know that there’s a saying at Melaleuca that goes “whoever has the most Directors wins.” But I think a prerequisite to that is also “whoever shows the most Overviews wins.” The new 12-minute Overview video is so revolutionary! It is so concise, and it is so effective. I have found such great success from it, and I know it’s going to revolutionize our businesses if we use it appropriately.
HABIT NO. 1 Add Names to Your Contact List This is where success starts. The memory jogger is such a great place to begin. It gets your mind thinking of people you know but haven’t reached out to yet, or people you haven’t even thought of. I’m also adding new people to my contact list that I meet in my daily life. I was the room mom this year for all three of my kids’ classes, so I added all the other room moms to my contact list. When I’m working out at the gym, I’m making friends with those people and adding them to my contact list. My kids are on sports teams, so I’m talking to their teammates’ moms and adding them to my contact list. Wherever you go, even if it’s just to
HABIT NO. 4 Follow Up with Eight Contacts
I hate the phrase “they ghosted me.” Your contacts are probably not ghosting you, they’re just busy. One thing I’ve noticed as I’ve listened to other Marketing Executives’ stories is how many of them said no the first time. And so many said no the second time, the third time, and the fourth time. You never know when the time is right and they will finally say yes . The fortune truly is in the follow-up. And these individuals that you’re following up with matter enough for you to keep doing it.

BUSINESS BUILDING
There are 1,440 minutes in a day. You can spend 60 of those trying to achieve your dreams. Because you don’t get what you wish for—you get what you work for.
HABIT NO. 5 Post on Social Media I am absolutely the most comfortable posting Facebook stories. I love to share what products I’m using throughout the day—to talk about what I’m doing. That is my comfort zone. I’m not as good at posting on my [Facebook] wall, but I’m working on it. I’m always told that if you do post on your wall, it will make it easier when you make approaches. HABIT NO. 6 Self-Development I view myself as a positive Patty. I always think I look at the glass half full, so I don’t need personal development. But what I have realized is that it’s not about being a positive person. It’s about developing into the leader that you need to be and the person that you need to be. I’ve found that it’s not the hustle that most people can’t handle— it’s the self-doubt that creeps in on the quiet days. If you can conquer that, the rest is just work. Henry Ford said, “Whether you believe you can do a thing or not, you are right.” And I have found that to be so true in my life.
habits have the potential to add up to future success. Value the Important Stuff In the book The 12 Week Year , it says, “The most important actions are often the uncomfortable ones. The number one thing you’ll have to sacrifice to be great, achieve what you’re capable of, and execute your plans is your comfort. The secret to living life to your potential is to value the important stuff above your own comfort.” For me, the important stuff is the activities on my accountability sheet. There are things on there that I always do last. But when I’m really trying to be good, I do the things I don’t want to do first, and that’s when I’ve found the greatest success. Just One Hour a Day These habits are designed to be done in just one hour a day, and the Grow
I love that the Grow app tells us their birthdays and their anniversaries so we can show them a little extra appreciation. And I also love to let them know this month’s incentives. One of the things that is so crazy to me is how some people won’t work for a $200 Pacesetter bonus, but they will call everyone they know to earn a toaster oven. So make sure you’re telling them what the incentives are. You never know what will get them excited enough to start building a business of their own. Using these accountability sheets makes a huge difference in my business. If I were to judge my success each day on how many people said yes , there would be days when I would be pretty defeated. But if I judge my day’s success on whether or not I completed this sheet, I know that these small

customers because we want them to fall in love with our products. We want them to be so glad that they enrolled with us—that they trusted us. And we want them to know that we care about them beyond getting that enrollment. I like to ask them what products they’re loving this month.

app makes it so easy. If you are wanting to grow your business at a higher rate, you can do these habits more than once a day. The more you do them in a week, the more success you will have. There are 1,440 minutes in a day. You can spend 60 of those trying to achieve your dreams. Because you don’t get what you wish for—you get what you work for. Not every person you approach will enroll. Not every person you enroll will build a business. Not every person who decides to build a business will achieve Director or Senior Director. But you can make a difference in every single life you touch. And sometimes someone will come alongside you, do what you do, and start making a difference with you. I hope you decide today that you’re going to start making a difference or continue making a difference—enhancing lives to build your legacy. The way I look at it, you have two options. You can do it now or you can regret it later. I hope you choose to do it now.

Healthy Habits for Total Wellness
The things we do day in and day out—our habits—shape how we feel and function. These automatic routines, whether productive or destructive, are the building blocks of our lives and direct our overall wellness.
SUSAN TORBORG r3 director
Our habits affect everything from our physical health to our mental state and how we process our emotions. When we develop good habits, we’re setting ourselves up for success, making it easier to grow, handle stress, and just enjoy life more. Understanding why habits matter is like unlocking a secret to feeling better overall. It’s the first step to making real, lasting changes that can seriously upgrade our lives. We can live our healthiest lives by focusing on the following seven healthy habits! The R3 community is the most supportive and inspirational community,
and participants learn how to foster deep connections with others. This is the first step in long- term healthy living! While we refer to R3 as a weight loss program, it is so much more than that. And what makes it so effective for weight loss is a focus on healthy habits that support total wellness. Habits that improve our physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Being a balanced human being is how we can achieve total wellness. Weight loss just happens to be an amazing side effect of healthy habits!

Let’s inventory how healthy we are by learning about these healthy habits. 1. COMMUNITY In longevity research, having close, quality relationships is the single biggest predictor of longer life and strong health. Social connections lower the risk of depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. They also encourage healthier lifestyle choices as people often motivate each other to exercise, eat well, and avoid harmful habits. There are proven physical benefits as well, including improved cardiovascular health, stronger immune systems, and improved healing after injuries and surgeries. A deep, authentic connection to community gives us a greater sense of purpose in life, which may be the most important benefit of all. Those who engage in the Melaleuca and R3 communities build genuine, deep relationships with other members and lifelong friendships. 2. NUTRITION By following the principles of R3, we develop healthy hunger patterns, create a higher metabolism, and grow in the virtue of temperance. R3 teaches you how to crave foods that keep your blood sugar level steady, experience fewer cravings, have more energy, and only desire the most pleasurable foods occasionally. By repeating the six-week cycle of R3 over and over, we overcome our weaknesses associated with food! 3. SUPPLEMENTATION No matter how conscientious you are about the food you eat, you’re still bound to have nutrition gaps in your diet. Supplements can bridge those gaps. Luckily, this is Melaleuca’s specialty! From the Peak Performance Nutrition Pack — which has been clinically tested to deliver nutrients Just Like Nature®, lower free radicals, and reduce exercise-induced inflammation—to supplements that support specific needs like healthy sleep, brain health, and metabolic health, the right Melaleuca supplement can make a world of difference in your well-being. * 4. WATER Drinking adequate amounts of water helps regulate body temperature, transport nutrients, cushion joints, and remove waste products. It supports digestion, circulation, and cognitive function while maintaining healthy skin. Many people don’t consume enough water daily, which can lead to fatigue, headaches, and reduced physical performance. Experts recommend drinking at least 8 glasses (64 fl. oz. or 1.89 liters) of water

clarity, reduces anxiety, and cultivates a deeper sense of inner peace. 7. SLEEP Are you getting seven to nine hours of sleep per night? Sleep plays a vital role in both physical and mental well-being. During sleep, our bodies engage in crucial restorative processes, repairing tissues, consolidating memories, and regulating hormones. Adequate sleep supports a strong immune system, helps maintain a healthy weight, and reduces the risk of chronic conditions like heart disease, high blood pressure, dementia, and diabetes. Prioritizing sleep is not a luxury—it’s a necessary investment in overall health and longevity. During the three R3 challenges we host every year, ongoing engagement and education help participants incorporate these seven healthy habits into their lives. The results speak for themselves! Data shows us that R3 participants improved their perceived body image by 66%, improved daily energy levels by 44%, had a 37% decrease in stress, improved their sleep, and improved their digestive health. Melaleuca’s R3 Weight Loss Program is about so much more than weight loss. It helps you establish the habits that will improve your total wellness!
per day—how often do you reach that benchmark? SplasH 2 O® and Sustain® Active Electrolyte Hydration give you a delicious way to get the hydration you need. 5. EXERCISE Approximately 80% of US adults and adolescents are not getting enough exercise. We all know that consistent exercise is good for your health and well-being. But do you know how many minutes of exercise you need each week? The Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans issued by the US Department of Health and Human Services recommends that adults get 150 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio exercise each week as well as two muscle- strengthening weight-resistance workouts each week. Regular physical activity improves cardiovascular health, muscle strength, cognition, mental health, bone density, balance, sleep quality, metabolic health, and measures of body fat. During the R3 challenges, developing the habit of daily exercise is emphasized. With livestreamed workout sessions and guest instructors, moving your body every day and establishing a new habit is fun! 6. SILENCE When was the last time you sat in complete silence? Daily silence gives us a respite from the constant noise and stimulation of modern life. Taking time for quiet allows the mind to process information, reduce stress, and improve focus. This practice can lower cortisol levels, promoting better sleep and hormonal balance. Silence also encourages mindfulness, helping us tune into our bodies and emotions. Daily silence also boosts creativity, enhances decision-making skills, improves mental
