A MESSAGE FROM CEO JERRY FELTON

Small Steps Make the Journey Every July, the absolute best place to be in the world is Idaho Falls. The weather is great. The sunsets are beautiful. The Melaleuca Freedom Celebration on Independence Day is a moving, unforgettable experience. And, of course, Idaho Falls is the place Melaleuca’s newest Senior Directors gather to attend Road to Executive Director. Attendees celebrate, learn, share, and develop new relationships. Road to Executive Director is an incredible event where belief is built, goals are set, and commitments are made.

And because our mission of helping others is the power behind the Compensation Plan and repeat income, I should mention that these leaders had helped their own personal enrollees earn $3,104,093 during the same period! These are amazing results. But results don’t happen by accident. These results represent a lot of hard work and commitment. They reflect something very important to any successful leader at Melaleuca—consistency! Without consistency, none of these leaders would have advanced to Senior Director and beyond. John Maxwell, renowned author and leadership coach, says, “Small disciplines repeated with consistency every day lead to great achievements gained slowly over time.” Success is rarely achieved in an instant but rather is a journey over time. One step at a time. At Melaleuca, the Seven Critical Business-Building Activities are the keys to success. Mastering these activities takes consistent effort each day. And building a sustainable business and showing others how to do the same requires an equal level of consistency. Whether it’s a successful Melaleuca business you are after, or running a personal best at a 5k, or losing 10 pounds, or teaching and leading your kids to be great people—they all require consistency in effort and specificity of activity. In fact, consistency is fundamentally at the core of any goal or objective we have in any facet of our lives.

Last month, 55 new Senior Director businesses arrived in Idaho Falls to experience Road to Executive Director and Melaleuca’s 31st Annual Freedom Celebration. And, as usual, it was an incredible event and there was a lot to celebrate. Over the course of the last 12 months, this group of leaders had been busy bringing to life our mission of enhancing lives while working to achieve Senior Director and beyond. A few highlights of this group’s accomplishments include: Total New Customers Enrolled: 4,422

Total New Personal Directors Developed: 347

Total New Personal Directors 3 Developed: 118

Total Advancements: 358

Total Commissions Paid: $3,995,437
