IN THE SPOTLIGHT
Angie Echols used her first Melaleuca product as a teenager when her older sister enrolled to get safer products— and that wasn’t exactly yesterday—so she’s been familiar with Melaleuca for a long time. A few years ago, when supply chain issues made it impossible for her to find everyday products at the grocery store, Angie became a Melaleuca Member herself. “I started sharing my love for Melaleuca products using social media,” Angie says. “In that process, my eyes were opened to how harsh some other products are.
And I thought, ‘Everybody needs to know about Melaleuca!’” Her business has grown steadily since she enrolled nearly four years ago—and that means her Melaleuca checks have grown too. Upon achieving Senior Director, Angie and her husband, Kevin, were able to upgrade their old family vehicle to a new SUV using the Melaleuca Car Bonus. That car is now completely paid off. In fact, Angie and Kevin have eliminated all their debt aside from their mortgage. Angie has also given up her physically taxing job as a hairstylist so she can
homeschool her two young daughters. “It’s easy to see that Melaleuca has enhanced my life in so many ways,” Angie says. “I feel so lucky to have these safer, cleaner products in my home. And obviously the money has been a blessing. But one thing that I never expected was the amazing relationships that Melaleuca has brought into my life that I would not have had any other way. My teammates and I are like a sisterhood. These relationships are remarkable—they’ve changed my life.” LH
