What I did: Serve as the initial contact for customers reporting insurance claims. Process claims via phone, internet, and mail for policyholders, claimants, and other parties. Collaborate with team members to meet department phone Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Participate in weekly team huddles and associate engagement activities. Maintain punctuality, dependability, and professional communication standards. Adapt to evolving procedures and systems in a dynamic work environment. What I liked: I loved the company culture, the people involved in the company, how they go about teaching, and the onboarding process. Future Dream Job: Owning or managing my own business and/or managing a department for a company (marketing, operations, etc.).
