Auburn Basketball's 2024-25 SEC Opponents
The Southeastern Conference has announced each school’s conference opponents for the 2024-25 season, including the Auburn Tigers. The league welcomes two new members into the fold with Oklahoma and Texas. The Tigers will host the Sooners at Neville Arena, while traveling to Austin, Texas, to face the Longhorns at the Moody Center for the first time in program history. AU previously played OU three times in non-conference play (1978, 1988 and 2022) and Texas twice (1910-11 and 1955). SEC play tips off on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2025, and runs through Saturday, March 8. Each team will play the other 15 teams at least once during league play. Three teams will play a second time during the schedule – two of which are permanent opponents and one that will change each year. The continuation and renewal of historic rivalries was a point of emphasis when creating the schedule with the addition of its two new members. Additionally, pre-existing
home-and-away rotations for single-play opponents were preserved. The SEC Tournament will be played on March 12-16, 2025, at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. Times, dates and television information will be announced at a later date. 2024-25 AUBURN MEN’S BASKETBALL SEC CONFERENCE OPPONENTS
