The Mason is located just 35 minutes, with only one stop light, from the Salt Lake International Airport; 10 minutes from downtown Park City; and nearby the new Mayflower Ski Resort, Deer Valley Resort, and Jordanelle Reservoir. The Mason offers convenient access to year round activities and adventures, including skiing/boarding, hiking, biking, water sports, golf, and more!

2. WHO IS THE DEVELOPER? The developer is Orion Jordanelle Property Holdings, LLC.

3. WHO IS THE ARCHITECT & INTERIORS GROUP? MJSA; founded in Salt Lake City over 40 years ago and known throughout the state as one of the top architectural firms for their great attention to detail. They are also recognized for their substantial portfolio in restoration and preservation, which includes the Utah State Capitol Building. 4. ARE THE RESIDENCES FULLY FURNISHED? Yes, each of the all-new one to three bedroom residences will come fully furnished. The interior designers describe the residence finishes as “Mountain Chic,” offering an elevated but relaxed sensibility and appeal.

5. WHAT IS THE PARKING LIKE AT THE MASON? An assigned garage parking space will be available for each residence.

6. IS THE MASON PET FRIENDLY? Yes, with the limit of two household pets.

7. CAN OWNERS RENT THEIR RESIDENCE? Yes - yearly, monthly, and nightly rentals are permitted.

8. WHO MANAGES THE HOA AND WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HOA? The Lodge at Stillwater HOA handles on-site management, day-to-day operations, exterior maintenance, grounds maintenance, common areas, taxes and insurance, reserve contingency fund, and snow removal. 9. WHO PAYS FOR THE UTILITIES? Utilities are paid individually by owners through a utility package including Water, Sewer, Rocky Mountain Power (electric), Dominion (Gas), Internet (Utah Broadband), Cable (Direct TV) billed through the HOA.
