Downtown architectural overlay review board ( DARB ) About: East Point established DARB to, on a needed basis, review plans for development in the Downtown Architectural Overlay District for compliance. They make recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Commission, City Council, and our PCD department. How to Get Involved : We are genuinely committed to working with the community.
