Impact Donor Report 2025

The Old Alleynian Association Bursary The Old Alleynian Association (OAA) has long been a supporter of Dulwich College’s bursary programme. In 2019, the Association inspired hundreds of Old Alleynians to support the College’s 400th Anniversary Bursary Appeal with a generous match gift of £100,000. This unlocked over £400,000 in total, the most successful bursary appeal in the College’s history. This year, we are thrilled to share the exciting news of a new and pioneering initiative: the OAA has committed to fund ten new bursary places for Year 12 entry starting in September 2025.

This gift will cover 25% of the net fees for each place, supporting two pupils per year from each of Year 12 and 13 for the next five years. These bursaries will provide life-changing opportunities for pupils who need significant financial aid to attend the College. Each bursary offers a talented young man the chance to benefit from a Dulwich education that might otherwise have been out of reach. This gift is a powerful demonstration of the OAA’s commitment to supporting current Alleynians and a major contribution to the College’s long tradition of widening access to boys from all backgrounds. We are very grateful to the OAA for their philanthropic leadership and generosity, and for setting such an inspiring example to our community.

“The Old Alleynian Association is proud to help change the lives of talented boys who could benefit from a Dulwich education, as we did, but whose families can’t afford the fees.” Nick Howe OA (74-80) , Chair of the OAA
