Exercise To Strengthen & Increase Knee Range of Motion TERMINAL KNEE EXTENSION Loop exercise band behind your knee slightly above the knee joint. Attach band to chair or stable surface. Stand with upright posture, and knee slightly bent. Straighten your knee as much as you can, pushing your body weight through your leg. Relax your knee, returning to the start position. Repeat 15 times and complete 2 sets.
