AICC Invites Young Professionals To Join Emerging Leaders Program AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, invites ambitious young professionals to join the Emerging Lead- er Program, an exclusive series of training, networking, and leadership opportunities for those 35 and under in the paper-packaging industry. The program offers participants the chance to grow into future leaders in their company and industry. Emerging Leaders have access to customized training and networking opportunities, both regionally and nation- ally, like on-site workshops, education-intensive field trips, and executive roundtables. Companies who support their young professionals in the Emerging Leader program get the benefit of increasingly knowledgeable employees who are developing their soft skills and have an interest in contributing to the health of their company on a high level. There is no initial cost or annual fee to join AICC Emerg- ing Leader Program. Paid events include three optional in-person training/networking events per year. ELs are also invited to attend free quarterly webinars to learn from industry leaders. To join the Emerging Leader program, candidates must be 35 or under and an employee of an AICC General or Associate Member company in good standing. Learn more at aiccbox.org .
