Files Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Orlando, Florida based Dusobox Corpo- ration filed a petition last month with the United States Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Florida, Orlando, FL to reorga- nize under Chapter 11 of the U.S.Bankrupt- cy Code. John and Richard Kelley authorized the Chapter 11 on behalf of the stockholders in order to protect the company’s future. The relief provided by Chapter 11 will allow Dusobox the opportunity to re-or- ganize its cost and debt structure, as they continue to operate under normal busi- ness operations. “We will continue to honor our commit- ments to our customers, vendors and em- ployees,” says John Kelley. “Filing Chapter 11 was a very difficult and emotionally tough decision for us.
