2 What’s your go- to radio station or favourite on-site song that gets everyone singing? CJ: Capital Dance for sure. Dance music always gets the team on site going. If I’m on my own, I sometimes listen to a little Heart 70s or 80s. AT: Radio One although, depending on the atmosphere on site, sometimes the lads need a little Smooth for a sing along to boost their moods. Ashley Tricksey: For me, this one isn’t a specific tool but my trusted tool belt. I feel bare without it. It just keeps me organised and ready to tackle my day. y
