Windows & Sliding Doors
Quality powder coated aluminium windows (choice of colours) from standard nominated range and sliding aluminium doors. Keyed locks to external aluminium sliding doors and all opening windows.
Quality concrete roof tiles in a wide range of profiles and colours from standard nominated range. Roof Sarking is a protective membrane positioned between the rafters and roof tile battens, which maximises energy efficiency while adding an extra barrier of protection for high wind and wet weather events. 22.5º roof pitch, may vary on facade detail and for first floor roof of double storey designs. Corinthian Urban PURB 4 entry door in painted finish. Corinthian AWO5G pivot door in paint or stained finish, with choice of clear or translucent glazing and 600mm pull handle. Choice of Gainsborough Ambassador or Trevi lever lockset or Terrace knobset with Gainsborough double cylinder deadbolt to entry and external laundry door.
Roof
Entry Door
Insulation R1.5 glass wool batts to external walls for living area including walls between garage and living areas and R2.5 to ceiling under roof to all living areas, excluding garage and alfresco. Ceiling insulation upgrade from R2.5 to R3.5 batts.
Sectional overhead door smooth action in a choice of colours from standard nominated range. Dynamic sectional overhead garage door in timber-look colour, in a choice of ‘Cedar’ or ‘Caoba’.
Garage Brick veneer plasterboard lined garage. Light point to garage as indicated on plan. Internal flush panel Corinthian access door to garage, painted finish with choice of Gainsborough Ambassador or Trevi lever lockset or Terrace knobset door furniture. Stepdown included between house and garage. Automatic garage door opener - enjoy the convenience of one unit with cradle-mounted control in garage and two remote controls, as well as a powerpoint which is required for connection. Epoxy Concrete Floor in plain grey applied to garage. Only includes single & double garage designs. Framing Clarendon Homes’ Hybrid Framing System with both timber and steel and a Lifetime Structural Guarantee. Excludes some areas.
