2024... Every new year some of us make resolutions to change something in our lives; whether the changes we seek are big or small they provide opportunities for renewal, and hope. As you journey through the year with your New Years resolution in mind, give yourself a break and try to go with the flow. Master your unlearning! Uncommit your mind from “I have to do this or that...” attitudes, and ask your perfect self instead, “do I really need to do this or that”? You may find that introspection to be most therapeutic to balance the mind, body, and spirit. And, if you must have a New Year’s Resolution here are a few simple tips: Adopt a positive “just do it, because it’s fun attitude”. Throw away your plans sometimes and do something you’ve always wanted to do, but worried about what others may think. Call that person you’ve always wanted to have a conversation with for a tea date. Do something new each day, even if it is as simple as combing your hair in a new style or as “extreme” as that tattoo you’ve always wanted. laugh out loud in a crowd!!! I hope wherever your resolutions may take you this year, that you are transformed in mind, body, and spirit.
Remember, the New Year lasts 12 months. “Have a Happy and Healthy New Year!”
