Fellow Cattlemen and Cattlewomen - We invite you to attend this year’s Ginger Hill Angus Real World Premiums sale featuring 40 maternally oriented, balance-trait yearling Angus bulls and 34 productive young cows and bred heifers. Most females will have calves at side, along with a select group of heavy bred heifers. The Market Opportunity: There’s never been a better time to invest in Angus genetics. With record-low national cowherd numbers, increasing consumer demand, and all-time high cattle prices, the ceiling on this market remains ahead of us. Angus cattle dominate sale barns and feedlots nationwide, consistently commanding premiums. Add to this the growing recognition of beef as a nutrient-dense superfood, and the trajectory for quality cattle operations is clear: demand will continue to rise. The question is not whether to invest in genetics, but which genetics will deliver consistent returns in your operation. Proven Genetics, Proven Adaptability: The Ginger Hill cowherd was established in 1959. Many of the bulls and females selling trace 14 generations to our original foundation cows—a living testament to genetics that work, generation after generation, in the real world.

Here’s what sets Ginger Hill apart: our cattle don’t just survive challenging conditions—they’re selected in them. Every animal in this sale was developed on endophyte-infested fescue pastures, one of the most demanding foraging environments in North America. Cattle that thrive here are built to thrive anywhere in North America. Our customers across the country consistently report that Ginger Hill cattle don’t just adapt when moved to environments free of endophyte fescue —they excel. Fescue-hardened cattle will adapt, thrive and bring with them the fertility, feed efficiency, and maternal instinct forged over multiple decades and generations in these tough conditions. How The Bulls Were Developed This powerful set of maternally oriented bulls was developed with longevity and fertility in mind. Each bull was born unassisted on fescue pastures and wintered at his dam’s side without creep feed. They were weaned in May 2025 and developed sensibly on large fescue pastures with a high-fiber pelleted byproduct ration.

66 YEARS OF BREEDING QUALITY ANGUS SEEDSTOCK

The Bottom Line: With rising production costs, the most profitable cattle are those that thrive on grass and hay alone. Ginger Hill offers quality outcross genetics at an affordable price—cattle selected to excel on challenging Southeastern fescue yet proven to perform nationwide. Sale Details: All cattle will be available for viewing at the farm until Friday, November 14, and at the sale site that afternoon. We encourage you to come early, look closely, and ask questions. If you’re unable to attend in person, you may watch and bid live from home at DVAUCTION.com. Feel free to call anytime to discuss the offering and our breeding program. We’re confident these genetics will make a difference in your operation. We look forward to seeing you November 15. Sincerely, - Brooke and Ann Miller, Ginger Hill Angus

This development program produces bulls that: • Breed naturally and reliably • Sire calves that hit the ground vigorous and growthy • Maintain body condition on grass and hay without expensive supplements • Stay sound and productive for years All bulls have passed a breeding soundness exam by Jay Douglass and are fully guaranteed as breeders, ready to go to work for you. The Female Offering: This year’s female selection represents more depth and quality than ever before. These young, productive, problem-free cows embody what the Ginger Hill cowherd is known for: maternal strength, structural soundness, fertility, and longevity. Traits that directly impact your bottom line. They’re backed by nationally acclaimed, uniquely bred Ginger Hill herd sires selected from our very best mother cows, increasing genetic predictability for both our environment and yours.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

What an exciting time to be in the cattle business! Record levels in all classes have put an enthusiasm into the industry that I have never seen before. It is time for our cowherds to start expansion and what a great program to tie to. It is a superior set of functional, stout, sound, good footed, good-uddered set of cattle. Brooke has a very disciplined approach to avoiding high- maintenance, low-producing, inefficient females that have poor feet, poor udders, poor dispositions and poor conversion in tough fescue country. Brooke is a high-energy, enthusiastic breeder of quality Angus cattle and he refuses to chase fads and extremes because they do not work in the environment of his farm and this region. The result of his efforts is a uniform and predictable set of cattle that represent what his goals and visions are of cattle that work and prosper in tough environments. I have learned one the past few years of assisting him, that these cattle that excel in fescue country, generally prosper in any environment, anywhere in the country. If you have ever had a chance to talk to Brooke or listen to his recent interviews with the American Angus Association of various podcasts, you will know he loves his faith, his family, his community and his lifestyle that he has worked so hard for. He is not afraid to engage conversation on all relevant issues facing not only the cattle industry, but society as well. He is direct, truthful and up front about everything. These are characteristics I truly admire and respect and it has helped him build great relationships throughout the industry. I believe the cowherd at Ginger Hill Angus will give you a tremendous foundation to rebuild and expand cowherds in an efficient and practical manner. Many cattle throughout the Angus industry have excelled in terminal traits and those cattle certainly do extremely well in the feedlot and on the rail. But breeders like Brooke have found tremendous value and need of their genetics in recent times. Commercial cattleman throughout the nation have realized they need to maintain the fertility, longevity and productivity that will help the cow/calf man’s bottom line more than anything. Sustainability is the key at Ginger Hill Angus and I hope you can come see their efforts on sale day. If you cannot attend please login to http://www.dvauction.com/ to view videos, bid and buy with confidence. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out and talk with me, I would love to hear from you.

Ginger Hill Helen 052 • Maternal Granddam of Lot 4

The Foundation of Profit Maternal is supreme in our breeding program. It cannot be adequately represented by a single number or EPD—it’s the culmination of multiple economically relevant traits working together in harmony. Maternal means an efficient cowherd that can withstand adverse conditions while raising a heavy calf year after year in a problem-free manner. It means being able to thrive on grass and hay alone without costly high-energy supplemental feed that eats up profitability. It means breeding back year after year on a regular calving interval regardless of environmental challenges. In the summer and fall of 2023, we suffered one of the worst droughts in our region’s history, yet the Ginger Hill cowherd set an industry standard at preg check time in the spring of 2024 with only 1% open. More calves per cow exposed equals more profit—it’s that simple.

Ginger Hill Helen 121 | Lot 12

The Non-Negotiable Trait We demand our bulls and females reach early sexual puberty and maintain that fertility throughout their productive lives. Our yearling herd sires are routinely expected to breed 20 or more females in their first year of service. Ginger Hill bulls are masculine with loads of breed and sex character, while our cows are feminine, wedge-shaped, sound, and fleshy. These traits are fundamentally necessary if you expect cattle to raise a good calf year after year and breed back at regular calving intervals without high-cost supplemental feed. Every bull selling was calved unassisted … calving ease genetics are real and predictable.

8 -0.2 47 83 22 0.41 93 This top-producing young cow is sired by MH, a bull Monte Howrey considered the best he ever bred. He’s also a full sibling to MH Frances 327, the original Frances at Ginger Hill who has performed exceptionally for us. This young cow weaned her first calf with a WR-104, YR-112—outstanding performance in our all-grass and hay management system where 2-year-olds run with mature cows and seldom ratio above 100. She sells with a thick made bull calf born (9/11) and sired by Ginger Hill Complete 391. 27

This powerful young Studly daughter shows tremendous potential for longevity and production. She is a maternal sister to the featured bull Ginger Hill Ride On 488 and displays the excellent udder quality and maternal shape found in every cow in her 3-generation pedigree. Her dam ranks as one of our very top 616 daughters with 4 calves averaging WR-102. She sells with a heifer calf sired by Ginger Hill Complete 391

BALANCE Our Defining Philosophy This term best describes and defines our breeding program and breeding philosophy. We are seedstock producers with one supreme goal: to produce a genetic product that will work for and produce a profit for our customers—the commercial cow-calf operators across America. We don’t chase fads or breed for extremes. We breed cattle that make you money in the real world, under practical management, in diverse environments. Balance means combining optimum growth and heavy muscling with outstanding calving ease—traits that are typically antagonistic but come together beautifully in our genetics through decades of selective breeding.

FESCUE TOLERANCE & A Proven Genetic Advantage There is a genetic difference, and it’s documented across decades of selection and performance. After many generations of rigorous selection for easy-doing, slick-haired cattle that thrive in an all-endophyte fescue environment, we’ve developed bulls and a cowherd that are superior in their ability to excel on endophyte-infected pastures. The result? Wean more calves and more pounds per cow exposed, leading to dramatically more profit. But here’s what makes this even more valuable: cattle that can handle the extreme stress of endophyte fescue consistently outperform in non- fescue environments. Our customers from the high plains of North Dakota to the mountains of Montana, from the desert Southwest to the heat and humidity of the southeast, report that Ginger Hill genetics perform even better in their environments. You’re not just buying fescue-adapted genetics—you’re investing in cattle with proven superiority under stress that translates to exceptional performance coast to coast.

The Ultimate Measure of Value Cows that function and produce efficiently for over 10 years are the most profitable, period. Replacing your cowherd every 4 to 5 years because cows come in open or break down due to foot or structural problems is costly. The bulls selling were developed with longevity, soundness, and fertility prioritized above all else. They are raised by their dams without creep feed through the winter, weaned in late spring, and developed in large pastures on high-fiber rations—increasing the reliability that they’ll perform in your operation. This development program has worked exceptionally well for our customers for over six decades. These females and bulls selling are backed by sound selection and management decisions in a real-world environment over more than 60 years and four generations of the Miller family.
