She’s nursing her third calf with a tight 362-day calving interval and an average nursing ratio of 102. Her donor dam records five calves with a 103 weaning ratio and serves in our embryo transfer program. The next two cows in line are both Pathfinders with weaning ratios of 9 calves at 106 and 11 calves at 107 respectively. Dawn 270 is the dam of Ginger Hill Black Bore 616, the most influential and proven sires in our program’s history.
