CROCHET Learn the basics of crochet frommembers. Many completed items are donated to local charities such as Texas Children’s Hospital, The Rose, MD Anderson and military men and women. Classes range from low-impact Sit & Be Fit to high-energy Zumba and everything in between. Whether you are looking to begin your fitness journey or just maintain as you grow older, there will be a class for you. Classes include: Sit & Be Fit, Yoga, Zumba, Line Dancing, Ballroom Dancing, Cardio Dance, Tai Chi, Walking Club and ACES. KAC membership required.
