Measure V: Orange County Great Park Fiscal Transparency and Reforms Act: “Shall the ordinance requiring an annual audit of Great Park funds, prohibiting Great Park expenditures or contracts until a recommendation from the Great Park Board of Directors and approval by the City Council, establishing whistleblower protections for those who report waste, fraud or abuse of Great Park funds, and requiring that the Irvine City Council be members of the Great Park Board of Directors as a condition to receive City funding, be adopted?” Measure W: Term Limits Measure: “Shall the ordinance amending the Charter of the City of Irvine to establish that no person may serve more than a total of two 4-year terms as a member of City Council and two 2-year terms as an elected Mayor, whether served consecutively or non- consecutively, effectively creating a lifetime term limit of 12- years, be adopted?” Measure BB: The Irvine Support Our Schools Initiative of 2012 “Shall an ordinance be adopted to direct the City of Irvine to provide financial support to Irvine schools, through the Irvine Educational Partnership Fund and the Challenge Match Grant programs, on the terms and conditions specified in the ordinance, for three fiscal years commencing with Fiscal Year 2013-2014?” Measure R: Irvine Schools Support Initiative “Shall an ordinance be adopted to direct the City of Irvine to continue financial support to Irvine schools, through the Irvine Educational Partnership Fund and the Challenge Match Grant programs, on the same general terms and conditions and at the same general levels as approved in Fiscal Year 2010-2011, for three additional fiscal years commencing with FY 2011-2012?" Measure S: Irvine Sustainable Community Initiative “Shall an ordinance be adopted by the City of Irvine to ratify and implement policies in support of renewable energy and environmental programs for a sustainable community?"
