Measure GG: “Shall Measure GG which would repeal the 1.5% business utility user’s tax paid by businesses but not residents in Irvine, be enacted?” Measure D: “Shall City of Irvine Advisory Resolution No. 98-01, Supporting the Reuse of MCAS El Toro for Non-Aviation Purposes in Accordance with the Millennium Plan, be adopted?” Measure M: “Shall Ordinance No. 95-10 of the City of Irvine be amended to increase the individual contribution limit by any person to any City candidate to $300 per election cycle as adjusted?” Measure A: “Shall the amendment to the City Charter enabling voters to cast ballots for no more than three candidates for the office of council member; that at least two council offices shall be filled by election; and that if a council member whose term of office has not yet expired is elected to the office of Mayor, the vacancy in the office of that council member shall be filled by the candidate for council member receiving the third highest number of votes, be adopted?” Measure B: “Shall Ordinance 90-23, previously approved by the Irvine City Council, which changes the zoning in Planning Area 38 to zoning consistent with the general plan of the City of Irvine, be adopted?” Measure D: “Shall the Charter of the City of Irvine be amended to change the month of the general municipal election from June to November of even years?”
