Measure E: “Shall the Charter of the City of Irvine be amended to repeal the provisions of the Charter providing for the direct election of the Mayor, and to provide for a five-member City Council?” Measure B: “Shall the Ordinance amending the General Plan of the City of Irvine to provide for two-lane vehicular overcrossings at Yale Avenue and the AT&SF Railroad and at Yale Avenue and the San Diego Freeway be adopted?” Measure C: “Shall the Ordinance amending the General Plan of the City of Irvine to limit the Yale Avenue and AT&SF Railroad and I-405 Freeway overcrossings to bicycle/pedestrian/emergency vehicles be adopted?” Measure (no letter assigned): “Shall the Irvine Community Park Facilities District No. 89-1 incur an indebtedness and be authorized to issue bonds in an amount not to exceed $57,500,000 with interest at a rate established at the time the bonds are sold at an interest rate not to exceed any applicable statutory rate for such bonds, the proceeds of which will be used to acquire, lease, relocate, construct, rehabilitate, equip or otherwise provide park facilities, as provided in Resolution No. 89-141 of the City Council of the City of Irvine; shall a Special Tax be levied to pay for the principal of and interest on such indebtedness on the bonds and to provide such park facilities, services, maintenance, and operations as specified in Resolution No. 89-140 of the City Council of the City of Irvine; shall an appropriations limit be established for the Irvine Community Park Facilities District No. 89-1 California Constitution, said appropriations limit to be equal to the amount of all proceeds of the special tax collected annually?”
