Measure N: “Shall the ordinance amending the Human Rights Ordinance by deleting references to sexual orientation and requiring subsequent ordinances pertaining to sexual orientation be adopted by a majority of voters voting on such a measure be adopted?” Measure A (Advisory Only – All Mail Ballots): “Should the City of Irvine continue to support the development of the San Joaquin Hills transportation corridor in accordance with the Joint Policy Statement previously adopted by the Cities of Irvine and Newport Beach, provided that the funding is through fees on new development, user fees, and state and federal gasoline taxes?” Measure B (Advisory Only – All Mail Ballots): “Should the City of Irvine continue to support the development of Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor in accordance with the Joint Policy Statement previously adopted by the Cities of Irvine, Tustin, and Orange, provided that the funding is through fees on new development, user fees, and state and federal gasoline taxes?” Measure C: “Shall the measure directing the amendment of the Conservation and Open Space and Land Use Element of the City of Irvine General Plan be adopted?” Measure D: “Shall the amendment to the Irvine City Charter establishing procedures for filling vacancies in the office of Councilmember be adopted?” Measure E: “Shall the Charter of the City of Irvine be amended to provide for the direct election of Mayor?”
