5. Field site visits
A site visit report summarizing the IFMAT visit will be developed by the Project Manager. It will document site visit contacts, field visits, IFMAT observations, focus meetings, materials reviewed, and tribal council contacts. The site visit report will be emailed to the forest manager and IFMAT visit liaison for review and then to Tribal leadership within 30 days of the completion of the site visit. Site Visit Report Template 1. Name of tribe 2. Date of site visit 3. Tribal leadership, forest manager, tribal liaison (names and contact emails) 4. Office meetings (e.g., natural resources, forestry, wildlife, water) a. Documents reviewed (e.g., IRMP, forest plan, wildfire plan, resource plans, transportation plan, climate adaptation plan) b. Interviews conducted
