My journey with INUKA has been slightly bumpy, inspiring and challenging. One of my biggest learnings from the points of failure was that my INUKA Business would only grow as fast as I did. I have also learned that a strong network results from all the relationships you harvest inside and outside your business. Despite my education and University degrees, I realized I lacked some of the fundamental skills that set a business owner up for success – strategy, problem-solving, and adaptability. So I went back to my INUKA Business Guide, spent the last 2 years upskilling myself to Master the INUKA Business Leadership and absorbing everything I could at the Sales Quarter Recognition Events, High Tea Training Sessions and Switch Leader Messages. Nothing could have set me up better to lead the team I am leading now. My INUKA Business has helped me to become confident in areas critical for entrepreneurs: Problem-solving, communication arts, the basics of the digital world, and resilience and adaptability. This has significantly contributed to building unshakable confidence and taking my business to the next level. It has empowered me to rise above self-doubt and embrace my true brilliance. I'm grateful for many things — my family and friends who stayed and kept me strong, the people I worked with, all the lessons I've learned and even the challenges and struggles I had. Let's invest our time in the right people and make them feel valued because our success is connected to our people. Our Network is Our Net Worth!
