BULL DELIVERY: Free delivery within 200 miles of the ranch. Delivery of the bulls will begin after the sale. You can take your bulls home sale day or we work with all buyers to facilitate delivery as efficiently and economically as possible. The breeding season is defined as 60 days after the bull is turned into the breeding pasture. If an animal fails to perform to your satisfaction, credit towards another animal will be given for future sales. All animals that don’t perform and are returned must be in good condition and weight according to their age. Wienk Charolais will not guarantee an animal in question for a problem due to negligence, injury, mortality, improper management by the purchaser or acts of God. HEALTH: All animals will have health certificates. Bulls are vaccinated for Vibro, 5-way Lepto, I.B.R., P13, B.V.D., Hemophilus, Mycoplasma, Pinkeye and Foot Rot. GENOMICS & PARENTAGE: Roughly the Top 1/3 of the bulls have 100K genomically enhanced EPDs and PA tests. If you would like this information, please let us know. EPD’s are updated to the last AICA Cattle Evaluation on March 1, 2024. TERMS & CONDITIONS: The terms of the sale are cash. Checks accepted. Checks must be made payable to Wienk Charolais. Each animal will be at the purchaser’s risk as soon as sold and settlement must be made at the completion of the sale. All cattle will be loaded out by the seller upon instructions from the buyer, but at the buyer’s risk. Announcements from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalog. All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk and the owner and agents assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents or loss of property which may occur.
