CRANTON, PA — Hin- erfeld Commercial Real Estate has an- nounced the sale of 600 Sand- ers St. in Scranton, a ±210,000 s/f industrial property situated on 18.9 acres, for $8.3 million. Located within the I-81 Cor- ridor between Scranton and Wilkes-Barre, the property offers convenient access to major regional highways and a strong labor pool throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. Zoned for industrial use, the facility has served a variety of manufacturing and warehouse users since its original con- struction in 1941, including General Electric Company, Scranton Tube and American Can Company. Most recently occupied by Olympia Chimney for the manufacture and distribution of chimney components, the property has undergone mul- tiple updates and expansions over the years to accommodate industrial operations.
